2006 Awarded 'Action Hall of Fame' status.

At the Global conference in FIJI, Action announced it had established an Action Hall of Fame. The 1st and only inductee is Bruce Doyle, Action's most Awarded Coach! 

I believe I know a few things about succeeding in business because I've learnt the hard way. Having owned and operated 23 businesses prior to becoming involved in ActionCOACH there probably isn't many business challenges that I haven't encountered. Meeting Brad Sugars, the founder of ActionCOACH in the mid 90's I quickly learnt that I didn't know everything about running Businesses. How many business owners have the I KNOW mentality around running Businesses therefore limiting themselves to to new learnings.

Prior to joining Action as a client, I was working 100 plus hours per week in a chain of gourmet deli's in Melbourne with a team of 38 staff ( 30 of which should never have been recruited in the 1st place... but what did I know about recruitment). 12 months later these busineeses worked predictably and profitably without me PLUS the bottom line had improved by 307% ! that's 3 times more profitable working without me.

As a result of experiencing results such as these I invested in an ActionCOACH Franchise. I have now grown my personal Coaching business to 60 Franchises throughout Australia and New Zealand, the Largest within the Action Global network. Along the way, I have won numerous awards... Global Coach of the Year, 1st ever Entrepreneur Coach, Victorian Coach of the Year, 1st Million Dollar Coach, 1st Diamond Coach, 1st Emerald Coach, 1st Ruby Coach and 1st Platinum Coach to name a few.

In February 2004 Brad invited me to join him as a Master Licencee in Australia to which I jumped at. I now own the Master Licences for Victoria, South Australia and Tasmania.

And this has been achieved in less than five years! Sure I've made mistakes along the way after all, that's what learning is all about, isn't it? My story isn't unique, many others have realised their dreams just as I have. But it does go to show that you can achieve whatever you want to if you're focused and committed.

To be successful in business you need to have a vision, and you need to think BIG. Then you need to get into action. Age is not a factor, it's about turning dreams into reality. And not just my dreams, but also the dreams of the countless thousands of business owners my coaches and I have worked with over the years.

Having owned and operated so many businesses of my own and now having worked with such a diverse range of Businees owners, I find I can relate to where our clients are at. Having such a large team of coaches I can now select a coach that I believe best suits the needs of the client. Generally, I select a coach based on Behaviour type rather than industry knowledge.
